I wanted a place that felt warm, local, and focused on quality. A place where people feel known the minute they pull up.

We live here. Our kids go to school here. 49 Grind was built for this community, a spot where you get great coffee without the long wait and donuts worth coming back for every single morning.

Our beans come from North Shore, roasted fresh and brewed with intention. Our mini donuts go in fresh every morning. Nothing sits. Nothing's stale. That's the standard.
